FAQ & Documentation

Operational protocols, security measures, and usage guidelines for the Kerberos ecosystem.

General Access & Account

Kerberos Market Link serves as the official, cryptographically verified gateway to the Kerberos Market ecosystem. We utilize the Darktrain Express protocol to continuously monitor node latency and verify mirror integrity. This ensures users are directed only to authentic, PGP-signed entry points, bypassing compromised or unstable nodes.

Access is restricted exclusively to the Tor Network. You must use the latest version of the Tor Browser. Standard browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) cannot resolve .onion top-level domains. for optimal Operational Security (OpSec), we recommend setting the Tor Browser security level to 'Safest' (which disables JavaScript) before navigating to the mirrors listed on our homepage.

Registration is open and requires no personal information. Navigate to a verified mirror, click 'Register', and define a username and password. You will be generated a Mnemonic Seed Phrase. You must save this seed phrase offline immediately. It is the only cryptographic key capable of recovering your account or resetting your PIN. Without it, lost credentials result in permanent loss of access and funds.

No. Buyer accounts on Kerberos Market are completely free. There are no subscription fees or maintenance charges. Vendors are required to pay a refundable bond to activate selling privileges, but browsing and purchasing remain open to all registered users.

Security Protocols

Authentic verification relies on PGP signatures. Our official public key is available at /pgp.txt. When accessing the market login page, you will see a PGP-signed message. You must copy this message and verify it against our public key using software like Gpg4win, Kleopatra, or GPG Tools. A valid signature confirms you are connected to the genuine Kerberos infrastructure.

The Cataclysm Protocol is our proprietary automated defense system. In the event of detected network anomalies, DDoS attacks, or physical server intrusion attempts, the system triggers a cascade of defensive measures: immediate server rotation, multi-layer encryption locking, and secure data shredding. This ensures user data and funds remain inaccessible to unauthorized parties.

PGP Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) creates a cryptographic barrier to entry. Even if your password is compromised, an attacker cannot access your account without your private PGP key to decrypt the login challenge. We mandate this for vendors and strongly advise all buyers to enable it in their account settings immediately.

We deploy industrial-grade security measures, including Triple Authentication and CRYSTALS-Kyber post-quantum encryption standards. Our strict "No-Logs" policy ensures no transactional or connection data is retained. Furthermore, all image uploads undergo automatic metadata stripping (EXIF data removal) to protect user anonymity.

Finance & Escrow

We currently support Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR). We explicitly recommend Monero for all transactions. XMR utilizes Ring Confidential Transactions (RingCT) and stealth addresses to completely obfuscate sender, receiver, and amount on the blockchain, providing superior privacy compared to Bitcoin's transparent ledger.

Kerberos employs a secure holding system. When a purchase is initiated, funds are locked in a temporary market wallet, not sent directly to the vendor. The vendor is notified to ship. Funds are only released when the buyer confirms receipt ("Finalize") or when the auto-finalize timer expires. We also offer 2-of-3 Multisig Escrow for advanced users requiring trustless security.

No. We maintain a strict zero-fee policy for all deposits and withdrawals. Users are only responsible for the standard blockchain network mining fees. The market sustains operations solely through a commission percentage taken from the vendor's side of completed sales.

For users relying on Bitcoin, we offer an integrated CoinJoin mixer service. This tool mixes your inputs with those of other users before funds enter your wallet or during withdrawal. This process statistically breaks the link between the source of funds and the destination, adding a necessary layer of anonymity to non-privacy coins.

Vendors & Orders

Vendor applications are currently open. To deter spam and low-quality listings, a security bond of $1,000 USD is required. This bond is held in escrow and returned upon a clean exit from the market. Proven vendors with verifiable history on other major platforms may apply for a bond waiver.

We enforce strict harm reduction policies. Prohibited items include: Hitman/assassination services, weapons/explosives, fentanyl/carfentanyl and related analogues, poisons, child exploitation material (CP), and terrorism-related content. Violating these restrictions results in an immediate, irreversible ban.

If an order fails to arrive or does not match the listing, do not finalize the transaction. Open a dispute before the 14-day auto-finalize timer expires. Our support staff will review PGP-encrypted chat logs and transaction evidence to mediate a fair outcome, usually within 24-48 hours.

Support & Connectivity

The Tor network is subject to occasional latency or DDoS attacks which may render specific nodes unreachable. If the main entry point fails, return to this portal (kerberosmarketlink.shop) and select one of the verified mirrors from the Links page. These mirrors are rotated hourly to ensure connectivity.

Registered users should open a ticket directly within the market dashboard for fastest response. For access issues (locked out, lost 2FA), utilize the guest support channel found on the market login page. Alternatively, check our Contact page for secure communication channels.

Security is absolute. We do not maintain backdoors or administrative override capabilities for user passwords. If you lose your password, you must use your Mnemonic Seed Phrase to recover the account. If you have lost both your password and your seed phrase, the account and all associated funds are permanently inaccessible.
